1. Go to ubuntu.ru
2. Pass to ubuntu family
3. Download iso.torrent
4. Make boot flash
   1. Download soft https://rufus.akeo.ie/?locale=ru_RU and run it.
   2. Select flash and iso file
   3. Choose settings
5. Run the Windows command promt with admin rights (right click on the cmd icon) and enterpowercfg -h off to make D: available for both systems
6. Mount ex4 as /
